Our Services
Our bespoke services are for those looking for a custom, one-of-a-kind piece, designed and handcrafted in our Melbourne bush studio. Thoughtfully made for your special moments and the people you love.
Bring your ideas, memories and inspiration, and let us shape them into a piece that carries your story.
1. Initial Consultation
Fill out our consultation form with your vision, preferred materials, design ideas, timeline and budget. We can then get in touch to discuss your ideas further via email, phone, virtual meeting or in-person.
2. Sourcing gemstones
If gemstones are required, we’ll source a selection of options that suit your design and budget.
3. Design & quotation
We’ll create a design draft for approval, then provide an initial quotation. If you're happy to proceed, a 50% deposit is taken.
4. Handcrafting
Once the deposit is received, I will begin handcrafting your piece and provide updates throughout the process. Once complete, the remaining balance is due and the piece is ready for collection or delivery!

Frequently asked questions
How long does the bespoke process take?
We’ll get back to you within a week of receiving your consultation form. Once a quote is provided, it is valid for one week. After the initial 50% deposit is paid, the crafting process generally takes 1–3 months depending on the design and time of year. We’ll always aim to work within your requested deadline where possible.
How do I find my partner’s ring size?
You can order a ring sizer through our website, or we recommend visiting a trusted local jeweller, who can often provide ring sizing services for free.
Do you only make bespoke rings?
No! We also make bespoke necklaces and earrings!
Can you remodel my existing jewellery or use my own metal or gemstones?
At this stage, we’re unable to use client-supplied stones, metals or existing jewellery. We’re very happy to help source a special gemstone or recreate an existing idea in our own style.
Can I return or cancel my bespoke piece?
Once a deposit has been placed, custom orders cannot be cancelled, returned or exchanged due to the handmade and personalised nature of the piece. If minor changes such as resizing are needed after completion, we’ll do our best to accommodate these where possible for an additional fee. Please note that opal jewellery cannot be resized.
For overseas orders, will I have to pay duties or taxes?
Depending on the destination, international customers may be responsible for import duties, customs fees and local taxes. These are the responsibility of the recipient, so we recommend checking your local requirements before ordering. Unfortunately, we’re currently unable to ship to the US.
